PRICING & GST

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are subject to change. Prices are GST inclusive.

DuYu Coffee Roasters will issue a receipt  for all purchases.

SHIPPING

We ship with AusPost express post parcels, which means you can receive freshly roasted coffee to your home, office or PO Box within 2-7 working days!

All parcels up to 1kg are charged at $14 Australia wide.

All parcels up to 2kg are charged at $18 Australia-wide.

All parcels 3kg and up to 5kg are charged at $25 Australia-wide.

LOCAL PICKUP & DELIVERY

All orders are freshly roasted and dispatched within 2-3 business days of receipt!

Your fresh beans can be delivered anywhere in Alice for a $5 fee.

You can pick up your coffee from The Goods Cafe, Cinema Complex Todd Mall

Mon – Fri 7am-2pm & Sat 8am – 12pm.

PRIVACY POLICY

Duyu Coffee Roasters will only use the details we collect for the purpose in which they were submitted. These details are for our own use only and will never ever be supplied to any other anybody else for any purpose. We will use this information to process your order. That’s it.

Unless required to do so under Law we do not keep a record of user IP addresses.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept all major cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once it’s in the system orders can’t be cancelled. Sorry.

RETURNS POLICY

We take full responsibility if you received coffee that was not what you ordered (wrong product type, wrong grind) and we’ll replace it immediately. Please let us know duyucoffee@gmail.com

SECURITY
When purchasing from DuYu Coffee Roasters your financial details are passed through a secure server using 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology – this site is TLS 1.2  compliant which is in line with PCI DSS 3.2 standard.

They tell us 128-bit SSL encryption is the industry standard and would take approximately at least one trillion years to break.
